1. Where We Ship
At Fezapew, shipping is designed to be simple and straightforward. Currently, we deliver orders within the United States and also to Zambia.
For U.S. orders, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes, Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or overseas U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam. All other valid U.S. addresses are supported.
For Zambia, delivery is available nationwide. Customers should ensure that the delivery details provided are accurate and accessible for international carriers.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order value and destination country.
For the United States, orders under $2,000 are charged a flat fee of $150. Orders above $2,000 qualify for free shipping anywhere in the country.
For Zambia, the shipping cost is $180 per order, regardless of order value. Free shipping does not apply to Zambia.
In both cases, the exact fee is always displayed at checkout, and customers in both the United States and Zambia do not pay any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
Every order goes through processing and then delivery. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
For the United States, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days after processing. For Zambia, delivery usually takes 10–12 business days after processing.
Any order placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will move into the next day’s processing schedule.
4. Example Timeline
If you place an order in the United States on Monday afternoon after 2:00 PM CST, it will be processed starting Tuesday, packed on Tuesday and Wednesday, and shipped out with tracking details. Delivery usually takes another 5–7 business days, meaning the bookshelf should arrive around Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.
For Zambia, an order placed at the same time will also be processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes an additional 10–12 business days, so the bookshelf should arrive about two weeks later.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the tracking system to update.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours. Include your order number and photos or videos of both the product and the shipping box. Our team will then arrange a replacement or refund.
If your package is lost, and the tracking has not updated for more than 7 days in the U.S. or 12 days in Zambia, please reach out. If the carrier confirms it as lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
7. Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind, it’s possible to cancel an order before it’s been processed or shipped. The sooner you let us know—ideally within 24 hours of placing the order—the easier it is to stop the shipment.
Once the package has already been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible. At that point, you can still make use of the Returns Policy once your item arrives.
8. Refunds & Returns
